PROLINE+ is the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG)’s online sportsbook, launched in 2021 to offer single-game betting after Bill C-218. It is the provincial-government-owned alternative to AGCO-registered commercial sportsbooks like BetMGM and DraftKings, available exclusively to Ontario residents.

PROLINE+ is operated by OLG, a Crown corporation. Profits flow to the Ontario government rather than to private shareholders, which is the differentiator OLG markets against commercial competitors.
Odds on PROLINE+ tend to carry slightly higher vig than the sharpest commercial books, but the integrated PROLINE retail/online experience and brand familiarity drive consistent share.
PROLINE (the original parlay-only product, no plus sign) still exists in retail form at OLG lottery terminals. Online single-game betting is PROLINE+ only.
